Please read this before buying a commission or adopt from me! Failure to comply will result in actions of different severity depending on term broken.And please do not even consider purchasing anything from me unless you are financially stable/have the funds to do so!(NOTE: All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the commission will remain property of myself)
Commission & Adopt TOS

-Do not copy/trace/steal my art or claim my art as your own.
-Do not remove any watermarks.
-Do not use my art without permission from myself or the commissioner.
-Do not repost my art unless you are the commissioner.
-Do not resell any adopt you have bought from me for a higher value unless commission work has been added.
-Do not steal any character or adopt designs for yourself/resale or NFT/AI training purposes.
-Commissioner must always credit myself when showing off art.
-Please do not bug me if I am taking a little bit to do a commission. My life is busy and unexpecting.
Payments/Refunds

- Payments will always be sent through PayPal as an invoice.
- Invoices will be sent after the sketch has been completed for a commission. For adopts/character resale, the invoice will be sent immediately after the user's PayPal has been sent.
- Payment is to be made in FULL unless a payment plan has been worked out.
- I reserve the right to refund a commission at any time if I need to.
- Refunds may be given if the quality of the piece is below my standards.
- Chargebacks will result in an instant block/blacklist if the piece has been completed, or the character/adopt has been sold.
Use of Art-- ♡ --- Any obtained art from me may be turned into personal merchandise with permission first. This includes blankets, stickers, apparel, etc- Art may not be used to make merchandise in which you sell and gain profit from my art. In doing this you will be blacklisted and a beware will be made against you.
